DEATH AND TAXES, March from IRS to Raytheon in Andover, MA
Andover, MA has the unfortunate distinction of hosting the IRS New England Regional HQ and, 1/4 mile down the road, Raytheon Corporation, the 3RD LARGEST defense contractor in the country. Raytheon is the maker of the Tomohawk cruise missile, that has a price tag of almost $1 million apiece. We have launched approximately 400 of these weapons in this war. Our taxes should be funding schools and health care, not death.
Bring your costumes, banners, and instruments for a 'festival or resistance', featuring the Bread and Puppet Theatre, Jedi Knights Against Imperialism, The MIT Cogs Against the War Machine, and some surprises. Andover is 40 minutes from Cambridge. |
